This year, my TIFF gig was strictly confidential, hence the lack of celebrity photos. Nevertheless, it was one of my favourite jobs to date as I was able to witness some pretty exclusive actor interviews for the below noted films. Just being in the presence of such passionate, talented and dedicated actors & film makers was such an inspiration. Not to mention, the spacious and swanky suite we filmed in made the day even more spectacular ;) The footage we shot will be included in the DVDs -or- Bluerays when the films are officially released.

• Rosewater is a 2014 American drama film written and directed by Jon Stewart, based on the memoir Then They Came for Me by Maziar Bahari and Aimee Molloy.[3] Bahari’s imprisonment is connected to an interview he conducted on The Daily Show in 2009. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 7, 2014.

On July 31, 2014, it was announced that the film would be released on November 7, 2014.[14] The film premiered at the Telluride Film Festival on August 29, 2014.[15] It then screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival in September 2014.[16]

• Nightcrawler is a 2014 American crime thriller film written and directed by Dan Gilroy. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Rene Russo, Riz Ahmed, and Bill Paxton. Marking Gilroy’s directorial debut, it tells the story of a driven young man who stumbles upon the underground world of Los Angeles freelance crime journalism.

The film was screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival.[3] It is scheduled to be released theatrically by Open Road Films on October 31, 2014.[4]
